The only way I can offer such personalized, high-level mentoring is by only working with a small group of entrepreneurs at a time (no more than 6 businesses per retreat).
Your retreat is an investment in your business and I want to make sure it’s a good one. Because of this, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be (or want to become) a Coach, Consultant, Service Provider or Course Creator (sorry, no MLM or E-commerce)

WANT MORE DETAILS ON WHAT TO EXPECT?
- After registering, you will receive an email with your Welcome Pack. In it, you’ll find instructions for scheduling your 90-minute kickstart call with Andi. We’ll discuss your overall business, brand and vision to ensure you’re on the right track while we begin the branding and design process.
- In the weeks preceding the retreat (depending on when you sign up and your schedule), we’ll begin the initial phases of the Branding and Design process, so that we can maximize our time during the retreat.
- When you arrive in Thailand, you will receive a Welcome Binder with everything you need for the retreat–the only things you absolutely must bring are some comfy clothes and your laptop (and probably your favorite sunscreen)!
- Part of your branding package includes a photo shoot. Your shoot includes 5 edited images you can use on your website, social media, documents, etc. (if you’d like to purchase additional edited images, please know the additional edited images will be made available to you after we return from the retreat). Transparent backgrounds are included at no additional cost.
- During the retreat you should expect to work on your business for several hours each day, with some pampering and fun in between to keep you motivated.
- Morning yoga will be available Monday – Friday and you will have access to one complimentary on-site massage of your choice.
- Expect at least 2 Individual Deep Dive Coaching Sessions for you (and a team member) during the retreat, plus a private session to discuss your custom marketing plan.
- Roundtable Masterminding with Andi and your fellow Boss Up members will occur periodically throughout the retreat.
- As a group we’ll go over the “high ticket” business model(s) that will best suit you and your business, and I’ll show you how to implement them quickly. I’ll show you how to validate your business ideas, how to outshine your competition and how to speak your dream ideal client’s language (all skills you can take home and use over and over again).
- As a group we’ll go over the copy worksheets and website guides, including how to use your brand new website.
- As a group we’ll go over how to use the software on your new website, so that you can manage your funnels and clients easily and effectively.
- I’ll create a customized marketing plan for you to follow that will give you the EXACT next steps you need to take to attract the RIGHT clients to your business, with minimal ad spend and effort.

- After you get home from your retreat, you’ll have 2 x 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions with Andi in case any new questions pop up, you need additional help or want additional accountability.

What if I'm not very good with computers?
You will need to bring a laptop and be familiar with how to use it.
If you are familiar with Microsoft Office applications and feel comfortable checking your email, you will do fine. My team sets most things up for you, and I walk you through the rest as a group. We include detailed cheat sheets for any process you’ll need to repeat on your own.
Can this retreat be written off as a business expense?
If you are in the United States, this retreat can be written off as a business expense. The Welcome Binder you receive in Thailand has all the info your accountant will need to write your trip as an expense. If you’re based in a different country and need additional documentation to write off this expense, let us know and we’ll happily provide it to you.
What should I wear?
The dress code is casual and should include a bathing suit if you want to take a swim. Bring clothes you are comfortable in. You may prefer athletic wear for morning yoga. Don’t forget sunscreen and bug spray.
I can often be seen with a ridiculous floppy hat.
What's for dinner?
Most meals are prepared on site by a private chef and are in a family sit-down style, according to our schedule. There is a fully stocked snack bar for in-between drinks and treats.
The Welcome Pack includes a Meal Preference sheet you can submit ahead of time.
Is there any down time?
Social and personal time are important components of the retreat and are built into the schedule. Limited alcohol is provided during down time.
Are there refunds?
Since we use ticket sales to book the venue and plan the event, we cannot provide refunds. But your ticket is transferable.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another entrepreneur. ***Please keep in mind, two different businesses may not share a room.
Do you assist with visas?
Given the diversity of our participants, we cannot assist with obtaining visas. However, if you require a proof of payment of the retreat, proof of accommodations, or proof of acceptance into the Boss Up VIP Retreat experience, we will happily provide these upon request.
Can I bring my child, partner, or another guest?
To keep things organized and respectful for others on the trip, we do not allow non-business partner guests.
